Dongfeng Tianjin 8x4 Washing and Sewage Suction Truck. Jindong D560-KR Extended Cab standard roof, factory-installed Dongfeng air conditioning, central locking with remote, air-suspension seat. Powered by a Longqing DDi75E300-60 engine, paired with a Shaanxi Fast 8JS118A transmission and a final drive ratio of 5.143. Wheelbase is 4350+1350mm. Features a 4.5T front axle and an 11T rear axle. Superstructure Configuration | Tank volume approximately 22 cubic meters. Tank body and heads are 8mm thick. Lifting mechanism uses a center-mounted tipping cylinder. A DN100 ball valve connects the clean water tank and sewage tank on the co-driver's side. A ladder is installed per catalog image on the co-driver's side. Co-driver side equipped with a Weichai 420 engine powering an SK-42/2BE258 water circulation pump. Clean Water Tank: One tank opening with a ladder on top. Equipped with a PinFu 350 high-pressure pump, 60 meters of No.25 high-pressure hose, and a rear hydraulic reel. One fire hydrant inlet on each side. One small ball valve on each side of the clean water tank, and a DN65 drain valve at the bottom for cleaning. Sewage Suction Tank: One vented opening on top with an internal ladder. Internal baffles are reinforced. The water circulation pump's water tank is carbon steel. Co-driver side has a DN150 ball valve for direct discharge. The rear of the tank does not have a large cover; instead, it has a 600mm diameter small cover for discharge. Left side: one DN150 ball valve discharge port. Right side: one DN100 suction port and one DN100 aluminum alloy discharge ball valve (all ball valves angled downward). Two-layer toolboxes on both sides at the rear; bottom layer perforated for winter air-blow drainage. Pre-wired for arrow direction lights. Includes one 8-meter suction hose. |
